The Gefilteria Pickle Residency has begun at Peck’s Specialty Foods (455A Myrtle Ave.) in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn. It means that for now all of the sour and half-sour pickles are produced in-house by The Gefilteria. The New York Times, Brooklyn Based and other publications are keeping track of our pickle beat.
